A single hand. We did everything, from the floor plans to the website to sell the flats: to tell the story of architecture, you need architects.
Prestige. In the 1700s, building the palazzo of a great family represented what we now call branding. Telling its story for the sale means showing that it is possible to acquire that prestige in that city and in that history, which the buyer will continue.
Website. palazzoleoni.it: the photos tell the whole story.
Logo. Pure geometry: the essence of what is found in the eighteenth-century railings, in the stuccoes and in the tapestries.
Print. Simple but effective, easy to keep in your pocket and share.
Idea of luxury. Reducing the trimmings instead of adding them: here, true luxury needs only the decorations of the past, so rich yet never heavy; ours was simply the task of telling them in a modern elegance: a work of subtraction.
