THE PROJECT

Leaf Offices: black lines, marble and design in a Milanese building

Black lines, marble and design shape Leaf’s new offices. The spaces of an important Milanese Legal & Fiscal firm find a home in an elegant two-storey building: the entrance foyer keeps its original re-honed grey bardiglio marble floor, lit by a double-height window that houses a helical staircase connecting the two levels. Above the staircase hangs a multi-element dress me system by Qu, designed by 23bassi. The partitions are in glass with black iron uprights; the meeting room is closed off by a Wall&Decò wallpaper wall with an Artemide Cosmic Angel at its centre.

An elegant style 2.0. The new Leaf offices, an important Milanese Legal and Fiscal firm, are inside an elegant two-storey building. The entrance floor is the office’s representative area. The entrance foyer, where the original grey bardiglio marble floor was kept and re-honed, is lit by a double-height window housing a helical staircase that connects the two levels of the office. Above the staircase, repainted, a multi-element dress me suspension system by Qu, designed by the studio, was positioned.

The glass partitions. The ground-floor offices are divided by a system of glass walls with black iron uprights. The office spaces have woven-PVC vinyl flooring. In the entrance hall there is an office manager’s desk that leads to the meeting room.

The meeting rooms. The ground-floor meeting room is characterised by a wall clad in Wall&Decò wallpaper with an Artemide Cosmic Angel lamp at its centre.

The operational floor. The office’s second level houses all the operational tax and legal workstations in an open space, with two enclosed offices for separate departments.

The accessory spaces. On the representative floor there is also an offshoot of the spaces where a meeting room, a small lounge and a recreational space for employees were created. The washrooms are clad in green stoneware by Ceramica Fioranese.
