A ‘ringhiera’-style flat in old Milan for a 25-year-old young businessman
The project turns a small Milanese flat into an efficient, contemporary space, thanks to integrated solutions that hide the services and enhance the existing space, including the original fireplace reinterpreted as part of the furnishing.

All functions on the wall. Bathroom, kitchen, wardrobe and storeroom are inside a closable system in two of the four perimeter walls.
Furnishing that optimises. A single system furnishes the whole and incorporates the services, leaving plenty of liveable space for such a tiny flat.
Fireplace. Pre-existing and kept, incorporated into the furnishing.
Bathroom. It reveals itself behind the door that conceals its entrance and appears theatrically with its red-stucco walls.
Headboard-divider. Behind the bed, the headboard is also a unit that divides it from the living area.
